Informations

The prices are valid per day for the specified number of persons - for a minimum stay of 7 days, for direkt bookings.
In addition has to be paid a city tax (tourist tax) of 2,50 EUR per person (from 14 years) per day and a one-off fee of 2,00 EUR for the stamp (bollo) on the invoice.
The prices vary depending on the booking situation, season and length of stay.
For stays of less than 7 days, a surcharge for short stays and for weekends or public holidays is possible.
We will be happy to provide you with a customised offer for the period you require.

The price includes the following services:

Accomodation as booked, wireless internet, daily room cleaning, ski room with ski boot dryers, parking, Kronplatz Guest Pass
NEW FROM winter season 2025: free CALLBUS (bus stop a few metres from the house) – information here

Arrival/departure:

The rooms are reserved from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure.

The apartments can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Supplement:

Extra bed for each additional person: 15,00 - 20,00 EUR a day (depending on availability)

Final cleaning of the apartments: 50,00 EUR

Pets are not allowed!

Cash or bank transfer in advance - cards and checks are not accepted!
Card payment possible when booking on booking.com.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (amount to be agreed).
Late arrivals or early departures will be charged anyway.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that something unforeseen happens and you are unable to start your holiday, the following conditions apply:

• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we keep the deposit.

• Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of the booking price.

• In the event of early departure, 100% of the booking price must be paid.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are not liable for any expenses in the event of cancellation.
